The Surf Club staff would like to offer a very warm welcome upon your arrival in Dewey Beach! We are thrilled by your choice to stay with us and would like to share a little information about our beautiful property and the surrounding area.
Our goal is to provide a little piece of paradise that allows our guests to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With our newly renovated units combined with gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean, your getaway is sure to be everything you imagined.
Should there be anything you need on your trip, our staff will do their very best to fulfill your requests. Please see a staff member with any inquiries. Below is a full list of information you may need or want while staying with us.

GENERAL INFO
We offer 1 parking spot per reservation in two locations, either under the hotel on either side of the office, or at the Surf Club Beach House (14 Read Ave).
Avoid parking at The Sunspot & the yellow house behind us; they will tow your car.
Public parking is available on the street and is controlled by the Town of Dewey Beach. These spots are permit only from May 15th – Sept 15th. You can pay for these spots by using the ParkMobile app on your phone or by purchasing a permit at the Code Enforcement office (Rodney Ave Bayside).
We are more than happy to assist with parking so please do not hesitate to reach out.

Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 4:00pm on your day of arrival. Guests may pre-register for parking starting at 1:00pm
Check-out is at 11:00am. Guests may utilize hotel parking until 1:00pm
The front office is open daily at 8am. Closing times vary throughout the year. During the Summer months there is a night auditor on-site until 4am daily.

There is always an associate on call for emergencies.
Housekeeping will not enter your room during your stay unless requested in the morning; the deadline is 12PM- everyday. If you don’t want stay-over service we practice a “leave at your door” policy.
If you have any dirty linens/towels or trash, please place them outside of your door. Housekeeping will restock or you can pick up any amenities at the front desk.

AMENITIES
The outdoor pool opens in mid-May and is typically open until the end of September depending on weather.
It is open daily 9am – 8pm
No lifeguard is on duty & children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult
If you are in need of complimentary towels for the outdoor pool or a day at the beach, stop by the front desk any time.
Please note, we offer 4 towels per room per transaction and guests are responsible for returning each towel after use. Thank you.
We have partnered with the local beach vendor to provide our guests with a small discount for the daily beach chair & umbrella rentals.
Simply stop by the front desk to obtain a coupon!
Located on the ground floor across from the pool are two (2) rooms that have soda/snack machines, an ice machine and guest laundry.
Guest laundry is coin operated ($2.75) and change can be obtained at the front desk.

Located just 1mi. North of The Surf Club in Rehoboth Beach! Enjoy all of your boardwalk favorites like Thrasher’s fries and Dolle’s salt water taffy.
A great place to take the kids, or yourself if you’re a child at heart! This amusement park is located on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and features several rides and many arcade games!
Shell We Golf
Next to the Sea Shell Shop on Rt. 1 North in Rehoboth is one of the best mini-golf courses in the area. Make it a family trip or date night!

TRANSPORTATION
During season, the Jolly Trolley runs daily 3pm—11pm with several stops along Rt. 1 in Dewey, travelling to the Rehoboth Avenue and Boardwalk.

Great, fast public transportation at the beach!
The local dart bus runs from Lewes all the way to Ocean City, MD plus other surrounding areas. If you need a quick ride to the outlets and want to avoid parking, this is the way to go!
