Our property is not pet friendly.
There are three (3) levels of hotel rooms. The first floor starts one (1) level off the ground.
There is not an elevator on-site, however, we are equipped with a dumbwaiter for transporting luggage from the ground level to your designated floor.
Guests who make a reservation and plan to be the person checking in for the room must be at least 21 years of age with valid identification.

Yes, our property is open and available for reservations throughout the year.
Our property is not handicap accessible to wheel chairs. If you are not handicap, but have trouble with stairs, we recommend a first floor room which only requires walking up approximately 18 steps.
Yes, we do have complimentary beach and pool towels available for all guests. Each room is welcome to four (4) towels per day.
We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas, however, we do offer coupons for all guests to receive a discount toward daily rentals with the on-beach vendor.
No, we do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, it is provided every 3rd day of your stay. You can always request service if you are staying a shorter amount to days.
Room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We always do our best to accommodate every request & you are welcome to make a note on your reservation at the time of booking.
All room types do have some type of “ocean view”. Best ocean views are from the Direct Oceanfront and Large Ocean View room types, however, the Standard Ocean View also has a small side view.
Our three (3) room types are as follows: Direct Oceanfront, Large Ocean View and Standard Ocean View.
All three (3) room types include the same amenities and bed types – 1 King bed, 1 Queen sofabed, Kitchenette w/ full refrigerator, Bathroom w/ walk-in shower.
Room types are only different based on their square footage and view.
Yes, our first floor starts one level off the ground which situates our hotel above the dunes allowing for perfect ocean views.
All of our rooms and common areas are completely non-smoking. We do provide a designated smoking area separate from common areas.
No. Entrance to the beach is free in Dewey Beach and the surrounding areas. There are no license or tag requirements.
