Our Beach House, minutes from the ocean, is located at 14 Read Street, and is a short distance from the Hotel. All Surf Club facilities are available to our Beach House guests, including daily housekeeping services. The House accomodates (8) eight guests and includes a full kitchen, separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, two full baths, washer / dryer, dishwasher, cable, HBO, two decks (one screened-in) and FREE WiFi.

If cancellation is within  30 days of your arrival, you will forfit your 50% Deposit.

Cancellation policy for Reservations other than weekly

January 1 – May 11  (72 hour notice).

May 11 – September 22 (7 day notice).

September 22 – December 31 (72 hour notice)

Cancellations made within the cacellation period will be charged one full night.

All other cancellations will be charged a $25.00 fee.
